Originally, McCracken Hill Industries was formed as a single
proprietor entity in 1999, focusing on online computer hardware sales and auction
markets. As the business climate has changed over the last two years so have
we.
Armed with a fresh infusion of capital, a new focus on services rather
than sales, and our ability to draw on some of the most skilled labor in the
country right here in Pittsburgh, we have changed our corporate name to ALLIED
SERVICE PROFESSIONALS, LLC to better describe the type of businesses
we are engaged in today. We are poised to become the premier provider of
remodeling, construction, repair and maintenance services in a broad variety of areas.
In January 2002, McCRACKEN HILL
INDUSTRIES, LLC (formerly McCracken Hill Industries) incorporated
as a Limited Liability Company. Our strategic focus is on providing
"World Class Service" as a FULL SERVICE ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR by acquiring
an exclusive Mr. Electric franchise territory in Allegheny County.
We have satisfied the needs hundreds of Residential and
Commercial customers since our restructuring in June, 2002 and have completed
major projects such as the Advance America store in Robinson Towne Center,
Kirkland's Store remodel project in South Hills Village Mall and all of the title 16 work in conjunction with the renovation of three
additional Kirkland's Stores in Atlanta, Georgia.
Soon afterward, we purchased the existing Mr. Appliance
franchise in Pittsburgh.
Once again, in late 2003, due to a shift in the local
business climate we restructured again, divesting ourselves from the Mr.
Electric and Mr. Appliance franchises and re-organizing under our new
nameplate ALLIED SERVICE PROFESSIONALS, LLC. We still provide the same great
service at even better prices than before!
